यं Dhruvaji is an awakened yoga master in the science of heart chakra healing, inner peace, self-discovery, hatha yoga, asana, and kundalini yoga, all types of meditation, all kinds of pranayama and breathwork, mantra music, nada and sound yoga, ayurveda, doshas, nutrition, holistic healing, gandhas (aromatherapy), vibhavana (visualisation), rangas (colors), marma points, massage therapy, chakras, mudras, bandhas (locks), kumbhakas (retentions), yoga nidra, guided meditations, and life, mindset, relationships’, and motivational coaching!

🛖 He lives a simple life in Tapovan, Rishikesh, and dives deep into self and universal love through heart chakra healing for many hours daily. He sleeps on a wooden bed and eats simple. He has founded the Antistress Foundation 501(c)(3) non-profit in USA, Switzerland, and India for stress-relief through heart chakra healing.. He also teaches yoga at the Nirvana Yoga School and other Yoga Schools in Rishikesh in the remaining hours of the day.

👦🏻 Dhruvaji started his yoga journey from his very childhood when he visited the Himalayas with his parents. he started entering into deep blissful states of samadhi as his mother and father sang yogic mantras at home from his childhood.

🎙️ Dhruvaji makes the most difficult heart chakra, yoga philosophy and mindset concepts very easy to understand with examples and stories. He is not just experienced in teaching but personally realised in heart chakra healing and yoga philosophy. His voice radiates from his core as it resonates from his heart chakra through the sushumna. Answering the most complex questions in the most understandable and easily implementable manner by examples is his expertise. He has been a mentor to many yogis in selfless service for the past four decades.

🏆 Degrees: Dhruvaji is a Master of Science Integrated 5 years Gold medalist in Physical Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (1989-1994), an E-RYT 500 registered yoga teacher and YACEP continuing education provider from Yoga Alliance, and holds a Master Diploma (MD) in Yoga Therapy and Diploma in Sound Therapy (DSoT) from Jaipur!!
